Hello Everyone,

When it comes to commissioning new or existing buildings, it’s important to analyze the impact of climate change and evolving technology. This Tech Hour will dive into evaluating building characteristics and usage patterns that affect building energy footprint and occupant productivity, in addition to data presentation and communications to facility managers and O&M staff. Giving this Tech Hour is Jay Enck; please see his professional bio below to learn more about him.

Jay Enck, BCxP, HBDP, BEAP, LEED Fellow, LEEP AP, received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic University.

He is credited for the creation of the Holistic Commissioning® process, is a well-established, innovative leader in commissioning, operational efficiencies, building forensics and enclosures, green design, and sustainable development. With over 40 years of experience in engineering, construction, and building operations in multiple market sectors, Jay is a widely sought-after subject matter expert who is frequently quoted in articles and serves as a speaker at industry conferences.

Mr. Enck has been an ASHRAE member for 22 years. He serves as a contributing author for several ASHRAE industry guidelines and standards and also serves as Chair of ASHRAE Standing Standard Project Committee 300 and Standard 230.
