2024 ASHRAE Beer Pong Tournament: Team and Sponsorship Registration

Please Join us for our first Annual ASHRAE Beer Pong Tournament to support the mission of ASHRAE in our community! **(Played with water)

The tournament will take place on September 6th begin at 1:00 PM with check-in and lunch starting at 12:00 PM. 

Additional Information:

• Payment can be made online with a credit card or in person with a check. 
• Sponsorship registration does not include a team. Sponsorship incudes a sigh at a table and one additional branded item. Sponsors, be prepared to upload high quality image. 
• Please note that free drinks will be available to everyone, but drinking is, of course, not mandatory. The tournament will be played using water cups.
• No outside supplies allowed. 
• Bring cash (small bills) for optional raffles and assists. Each team gets one free raffle ticket.
