Hello everyone, this meeting will be a bit different than our typical presentation. In our December meeting we will be meeting at The Robert P. Matteucci (RPM) Building 111 on CNM Main Campus, 723 University Blvd. SE, is located south of Coal Ave. and west of University Blvd. We will provide lunch from 11:30AM-12PM, then start the tour promptly after.
The CNM Beverage Production & Management Program offers students a hands-on, industry-focused education in craft brewing, distilling, winemaking and beverage operations. The program is anchored by CNM’s state-of-the-art Beverage facilities, featuring fully equipped brewhouses, a fermentation lab, professional sensory evaluation spaces, and modern production classrooms. These facilities allow students to learn every stage of beverage creation—from recipe development and production to quality control and service—using the same technology and standards found in today’s leading breweries, wineries and distilleries. By blending technical training with operational management, the program prepares graduates to thrive in the fast-growing craft beverage industry.
